Estus Flask
The Estus Flask is a rechargeable healing item that restores health instantly and provides health regeneration over time.
How It Works
- Use the Estus Flask to apply Instant Heal III and Health Regen III
- You start with 5 charges (can be increased by kindling bonfires)
- When all charges are used, the flask becomes an Estus (Empty) with no effect
- Resting at any bonfire fully recharges your Estus Flask
- The Estus Flask is not dropped on death – it stays in your inventory
Increasing Charges
You can increase your Estus capacity by kindling a bonfire. Each kindle level adds 5 more charges:

Hotbar Slot
By default, the Estus Flask is placed in your hotbar automatically. You can change which slot it goes to:
/estusslot <1-9>
For example, /estusslot 1 places it in the first hotbar slot. This preference is saved and persists across sessions.
Max Stack
You can carry up to 5 Estus charges at base level (up to 20 with full kindling).
